  1. Does a spirit of gratitude to the Lord mark your life? What sort of rhythms or habits could help you to give thanks for all his benefits and remember that every good gift comes from above? 

  2. Why should we give financially to support the ministry of the gospel and the relief of the poor? What are your present convictions and practices in this area?

  3. Moses speaks a lot about money in this passage. What are the greatest spiritual temptations you face in this area of life? How does the promise of the gospel bring comfort?

  4. If God responds to our obedience with blessing, how is our obedience not a work of merit? And if Jesus already obeyed perfectly on our behalf, why does obeying God’s commands matter at all?
