Sometimes people put up a facade of godliness in their lives to hide doubts, struggles, or sin. Why is this dangerous, and where do you do this in your own life?
How can you and I know the truth about God?
Pilate said about Jesus "I find no guilt in him." Do you agree with that assessment when you experience hardships in life, or are you tempted to assign guilt to Jesus when you are suffering?
How are you prone to setting yourself up as Lord of your own life rather than trusting God as Lord over your life?
Do you recognize the poverty of your own good works?
How does knowing that Jesus has paid it all by becoming our substitute change the way you live this week?
