  1. What did you learn from 1 Corinthians about the Lord’s Supper that challenged you? 

  2. Have you thought about the Supper as more of a family meal or a me-and-Jesus thing? Why is that?

  3. According to Scripture, what does the Lord’s Supper accomplish in the life of a local church?

  4. Have you considered some of the dangers of not fencing the table carefully? What are the spiritual dangers of allowing people to independently decide if they should share communion?

  5. Should the gospel make people feel excluded or included when they worship with us? Why do you say that?
