Caleb Collins will teach a new 4-week adult Sunday class “The Church Triumphant: The Nicene Creed” beginning Sunday April 7 from 8:30-9:45 a.m. before the service. The class will explore an exciting period within the early church centered on the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, where the church affirmed the Nicene Creed and took a stand to defend what Scripture testified concerning the deity of Jesus. We will explore how the Church arrived at that moment in history, the courageous pastors who took a stand for truth, and the theological necessity of the Nicene Creed for the Christian today. The class will meet April 7, 14, 21, and 28. There is no registration; just come on April 7.
