Below is a brief review of our meeting on Sunday, followed by a few discussion questions for Community Group or personal study this week.

Rich Rogness, Claudia Crichigno, Josh, and Mavis Khoffie opened our time together with a multi-lingual prayer of praise from Psalm 66 and 67.

We sang Praise to the Lord the AlmightyMay the Peoples Praise You.

Matthew led us in a responsive reading from Psalm 51 and we sang Spirit of God and The Lord is My Salvation.

David Del Castillo shared what God is doing in him currently as a Bolivian student at the Sovereign Grace Pastors College.

After David’s testimony, Mark Prater, Executive Director of Sovereign Grace Ministries, preached a message from Matthew 28. To listen to the message again, visit our Audio Resources page.

After the message, we sang When the Stars Burn Down (Blessing & Honor) and Chris closed the meeting with a benediction from 2 Corinthians 5:17-18.

After the meeting we were dismissed to the remainder of our International Missions Weekend.

Discussion Questions:

1. Mark taught that we fulfill God’s global mission for His glory. What does this mean? Why is the glory of God the ultimate goal when it comes to international missions?

2. What has been your most impacting takeaway from the 2017 International Missions Weekend?

3. What practical things can you do to help yourself remember to pray for the church around the world on a daily basis?

4. God calls all believers to participate in international missions. What specific role do you think He may have for you in this regard?
