On Sunday, March 3, 2019, guest preacher  preached the message “Our Picture of Hope” from Genesis 40 as part of our current series, re:creation. Below is the projection from the message, as well as a few discussion questions for Community Group or personal study this week. To listen to the message again, visit our Audio Resources page.

Projection from the message:

Right Knowledge of God leads to right living for God
I. Know Who is Sovereign
II. Know your true identity
III. Know the future is certain
IV. Know the purpose of His positioning

Discussion Questions:

  1. Adam talked about knowing who is sovereign gives us right perspective on our lives. Reflecting honestly, is God the biggest force in your life? Is there something else in your life that makes the biggest impact?
  2. As believers, we can be confident our future is secure because of what God has declared in His Word. Where in your life are you convicted that you have not lived confident in this?
  3. If Joseph is not the main character in his story, you aren’t the main character in yours. What is one piece of your story you are struggling with?
