We sang Behold our God and Generous King

Liz shared a prophetic word and Beth read Isaiah 55

We learned a new song, Grace and Peace, from one of the latest Sovereign Grace Music albums

Duane shared a prophetic word and we sang O Wondrous Love

We watched the second quarter Sovereign Grace Mission Video while giving our tithes and offerings

Gene led us in praying for Emmanuel AME church in Charleston, SC and racial reconciliation in our community

Gene preached a sermon entitled, The Most Important Question, from Mark 10:17-31

We sang Be Thou My Vision

Rich Siefring prayed for the dads in honor of Father’s Day

Josh Kruger reminded our guests about the Connect Desk and gave a benediction

  1. What must we do to gain eternal life?
  2. How does the love of money keep us from following Jesus?
  3. Where do you struggle with making the stuff of this world your functional god?
  4. How does Jesus reward his followers? Are you motivated by his reward?
Serena joined the office staff team in December of 2015. Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Serena began attending KingsWay when she moved to Midlothian in 2012 - immediately becoming drawn in to the vibrant and diverse community. She received her undergrad degree in Communications and Journalism and is pursuing graduate work in Counseling and Discipleship. Serena works full-time in the non-profit sector and serves on the board of the Bolivia Missions Foundation.
