Below is a brief review of the meeting on Sunday, followed by a few discussion questions for Community Group or personal study this week.

Gary Stergar opened the meeting with a Call to Worship from Luke 1:46-55 and we sang My Soul Magnifies the Lord.

Matthew led a Prayer of Confession from Ezra 9:6-15 and we sang He Who is MightyGlory in the Highest, and How Great is Your Faithfulness.

Charlene Morgan read Psalm 110 and Chris preached the next message in our miniseries, Songs of a Savior. To listen to the message again, visit our Audio Resources page.

After the message, Matthew led us in Communion and we sang Joy to the World (Unspeakable Joy).

Quinton Cools gave the benediction and closed the meeting by reading the Valley of Vision prayer, “Year’s End”.

Discussion Questions:

1. Do you have a confidence that this Christ, as the Great High Priest, has freely made a way for you to come before the presence of the Father? Are there some other faulty ways that you attempt to come to Him?

2. Would you say that you have offered yourself freely to God? Do you hold fast to His saving promises?

3. Do you actively stir others up to both love and good works? If not, how can you begin to do so this week?
