Last Sunday, December 18th, Chris Deloglos shared that the Lead Pastor Search Process had officially come to a close and that Matthew Williams was selected to serve as the new Lead Pastor of KingsWay Community Church. Below are his remarks in reflection of Sunday, as well as an invitation for all to join our church family for a special church-wide lunch on January 15, 2017 to celebrate Matthew’s installation.

Let me begin by thanking you for the way you responded to the announcement on Sunday about Matthew Williams being selected as the lead pastor of KingsWay. It was indeed a day for joyful celebration and your congratulatory remarks to Matthew were most appropriate.

Allow me in the same sentiment to invite you to mark your calendar for Sunday, January 15th where we as a church will have a dedicated time during our Sunday morning service to officially set Matthew in as Lead Pastor as well as pray for him as a church body. That service will be followed by an all-church lunch, the details of which are forthcoming.

We give thanks to God for His provision of leadership to us as a church in the raising up, preparation, and identification of Matthew for this position. He has faithfully served as a pastor at KingsWay for the last ten years and we pray that God will continue to lead and bless his ministry for many years to come.

Grace and peace to you all,

Chris Deloglos
