Some of the most exciting work God has done in our church over the last few years revolves around international missions. From praying on Sunday morning for gospel ministry in various countries, to going on short-term mission trips, to financial support for full-time missionaries, the Lord has birthed a new passion in our heart to see his saving power made known among all the nations.

One of the missionary families we began supporting financially in 2015 hails from the Sovereign Grace church in Fredericksburg and is preparing to deploy to Isaan, Thailand. They recently sent us a video in which another couple who’s been onsite with Pioneers in Isaan for many years describes the vision God has given them for planting churches across the region.

Watch the video and join me in praying for God to provide abundant financial resources so we can continue supporting missionaries this year who are sharing the good news of the gospel in Bolivia, South Africa, and Thailand.

He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.” (2 Cor 9:10-11).

Matthew Williams grew up attending KingsWay and joined the pastoral staff in 2009. God has blessed him and his wife, Aliza, with three rambunctious boys, Ethan, Micah, and Tyler. Matthew did his undergraduate work at the University of Richmond in chemistry and political science, spent a year at the Sovereign Grace Pastor’s College, and is nearly finished with his Masters of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
