On Sunday, Peter Burdette brought a Prayer of Praise to our church as the start of our Sunday meeting. The text of his written prayer is below. We hope that his words will continue to encourage and inspire your hearts.

Father, we praise You for Your love is greater and stronger than we could ever imagine. Whether we run and hide, face You head-on or sit still and wait, You are there and Your faithfulness and goodness steadfastly remain. We praise You that You have the power to ensure that Your will is done on this earth and that nothing high or low, spiritual or worldly will separate us from Your love. God we ask of You this morning to awaken in us a deeper desire for You as we sing in adoration praises today of the work that You are doing in Your body here and around the world. Quiet the noise in our hearts and captivate us with the beauty of Your Word. In every breath, joy, and tear, oh Father, show us that You are here. Satisfy our thirsty souls with more of you and lead us in the way everlasting. All glory be to Christ. Amen.
